Litigation Associate

Experience: 2+ Years of Litigation Experience Bar Admission: Texas About the Opportunity TSSI Recruit is partnering with a well-established Texas law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2+ years of hands-on litigation experience to join its growing team in Frisco. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, exposure to sophisticated litigation matters, and a clear path for long-term advancement — including a realistic track toward Shareholder . What You'll Do Manage and support all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution Handle discovery, including written discovery and document review Prepare for and participate in depositions Draft and argue motions Assist with trial preparation and participate in trials Manage a high-volume caseload while balancing competing deadlines Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal teams Travel throughout Texas as needed, including occasional air travel Work collaboratively within a team-oriented litigation environment What We're Looking For 2+ years of practical litigation experience Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing abilities Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and shifting priorities Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-driven environment Preferred, but not required: Jury trial experience Deposition and motion practice experience Why Consider This Opportunity?
