Field Operations Specialist

We are currently searching for an outstanding individual to join our Express Small Package team in Downtown Boston. The right person for this job needs to enjoy working from as 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift. This role will assist in all activities of our Squads and Express Packages team in Boston. Daily Responsibilities: Sort, prepare labels, and ship packages every night. Solve various client issues on a nightly basis. Serve as back-up walking courier. Perform data entry. Opening/Closing the office/facility Assisting with customer support tickets Process Asset Returns Process AM Field Ops Export/NFO/Import Documents Preferred Experience: 1-3 years previous experience Military experience is a plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Keen attention to detail Valid Massachusetts Driver's License Additional Preferred Skills: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
