Are you a highly skilled Surgical Technician passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our dynamic healthcare team on the day shift. In this vital role, you will support surgical procedures with precision and professionalism, ensuring the safety and comfort of every patient while maintaining the highest standards of sterility and technical expertise. What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus graduation from an accepted surgical technology certification program.
  • Minimum of 2 years of surgical technician experience in an L&D setting.
  • Current certification in Surgical Technology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong judgment and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt positively to changing circumstances and priorities.
Additional Skills That Are a Plus:
  • Experience with endoscope disinfection and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance and safety protocols.
  • Exceptional teamwork and communication abilities.
Preferred Education & Experience:
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
  • Prior experience working in a hospital or surgical center environment.
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work the 12-hour day shift.
  • Physical ability to exert force up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Willingness to handle exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially infectious materials.
  • Valid licensure or certification as required.
