Trek Store Dublin Job Location: Trek Store Dublin Summary Trek Bicycle Company is seeking an energetic and motivated leader to serve as an Assistant Store Manager at our Dublin store. The role focuses on customer service, sales, staff training, and development, with a strong emphasis on creating a welcoming environment for customers, employees, and the community. Job Description As Assistant Store Manager, you will: Ensure staff are properly trained to assist customers with their needs. Provide training on new products. Oversee the new employee training program. Provide coaching and development to store employees. Perform sales duties and deliver outstanding customer service. Communicate with the Store Manager and Trek Retail Services on issues that may arise. Assist the store manager with daily responsibilities. Act as a strong leader for both Sales & Service teams. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in all tasks. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of management principles, including sales, service, human resources, store operations, and visual merchandising. The training program includes daily and weekly feedback, on-the-job learning, and assessments. A college education is strongly preferred.
