As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to patients with spinal cord injuries. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients with SCI, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities Patient Care : Provide direct nursing care to patients with spinal cord injuries, including assessing their condition, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and implementing prescribed treatments. Collaboration : Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, focusing on optimizing their recovery and maximizing their independence.
