Job Description

Friday 9-9:30, Sat/Sun 6-6:30

MRI Tech for West Valley Hospital

Education: ? Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in MRI, or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (AMRIT)
?Bachelors or Associates degree preferred.

Experience: ? 1 year experience as RT, RDMS or CNMT preferred

Licenses/Certification/ Registration: ? Must be licensed with the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) as a licensed practitioner of MRI (temporary license is acceptable)
? BLS from the American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.

Special knowledge, skills, & abilities: ? Must be capable of operating state of the art MRI equipment and computer systems, film processors, and other technical supportive devices
? Must have good interpersonal communication skills; appropriate manner, conduct and grooming.
? Must have the ability to hold in confidence any information about patients, personnel or other information of a confidential nature
