Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

$2423.52/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide expert care in a Labor and Delivery unit. This position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Administer patient assessments and monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing during labor and delivery. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans. Educate patients and families on labor progress, interventions, and postpartum care. Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes in Cerner EMR. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and certification requirements. Respond promptly to emergencies and assist in delivery procedures as needed. Qualifications: Hold a valid RN license with current state licensure. Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery. Certified in BLS, ACLS, and NRP. Demonstrate strong clinical skills in obstetrics and neonatal care. Ability to work 12-hour day shifts, including weekends and holidays. Show excellent communication and teamwork skills.
