CNA/HHA/PCA Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour

SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Wakefield, MA. We’re looking for caring and dependable caregivers who are available for long-hour shifts and are ready to provide personalized support to clients in their homes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team

Qualifications

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home

• Able to commit to longer shifts as scheduled
