Field Service Dispatcher (Heavy Equipment)

South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking a Field Service Dispatcher. The applicant chosen will report to the Service Manager and the primary function is to dispatch the service technicians and handle all administrative duties to get the service orders opened and invoiced.

Primary/Essential/Responsibilities:   Schedule dispatch and supervise road technicians. Schedule work effectively to meet WIP standards. Maintain customer communications. Answer incoming calls from customers and technicians. Enter and update dispatch calls into the dispatch database program. Maintain customer daily reports and PM logs. Manage third-party invoices. Follow policies and procedures. Perform all other duties as assigned.
