Position Overview
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HVAC/R Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, communicate with technicians, and ensure efficient daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and maintains a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC/R technicians for service, maintenance, and installation calls
- Monitor technician routes and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment times, delays, and service updates
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, job statuses, and customer interactions
- Coordinate emergency service calls and prioritize urgent requests
- Support technicians with job information, directions, and parts availability
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and service inquiries professionally
- Collaborate with management to improve scheduling processes and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous dispatching experience preferred (HVAC/R or similar service industry a plus)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Dependable, team minded mindset
- Proficiency with dispatching software and basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and terminology is a plus

Schedule
- Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm. Must be able to adhere to this schedule completely & consistently,
