Group Product Manager Concrete Products Towson, MD or Remote The Job: The Group Product Manager for Concrete Products will manage the short- and long-term P&L of the product line, increase the working capital turns of the portfolio, expand the business with new products and lead cross‑functional teams through the New Product Development Process. The Concrete Products Gr. Product Manager is responsible for working with and developing their team while collaborating with global colleagues to optimize productivity and grow the Global Concrete portfolio. They will also work with our Commercial and Category Teams to help manage and accelerate the growth of the new POWERSHIFT line of commercial products. Responsibilities Develop product strategies to meet or exceed the company’s overall strategy and goals. Identify necessary projects to execute the strategy for product lines within their responsibility. Partner with international teams to identify high-impact opportunities to drive growth globally. Understand market trends to ensure product strategy aligns with customer needs and develop and execute product roadmap. Develop and deliver operating plan for assigned portfolio, track, forecast and present new product financial performance monthly. Lead development of product roadmaps based on product strategies, NPD program financials and channel strategies; work with Engineering and Supply Chain to ensure the roadmap can be executed. Conduct regular VOC visits to understand target market segments, end‑user needs and pain points for the product portfolio. Lead NPD programs from ideation to commercialization, ensuring delivery of winning new products through end‑user focused requirements, aligned business case, design trade‑off management, messaging and price positioning. Validate Product CTQs, testing and claims with end users. Effectively communicate to external audiences the product differentiation, positioning and value proposition to win or retain business. Identify and execute plans to deliver productivity in the category, ensuring competitiveness without sacrificing customer‑valued product features. Ensure processes are followed to successfully develop new products and deliver on time to commitment dates. Develop brand and product positioning strategy by product line, including target financial profitability objectives. Manage, develop and mentor a team of Product Managers to achieve business goals.
