As a Retail Account Merchandiser, you'll travel to multiple retail locations each day, stocking merchandise, building eye-catching displays, and maintaining strong relationships with store teams. Location: Rogers, MN Buffalo, MN Ostego, MN Maple Grove, MN Champlin, MN Coon Rapids, MN Andover, MN (and surrounding areas). Schedule: Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts scheduled with your District Manager Typical working hours fall between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on business needs Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required Why join Excell Marketing? Competitive Hourly Wages Paid Time Off and Sick Pay Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance packages available (For full-time employees only) Commission based on sales at assigned stores (For full-time employees only) Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement (for employees driving themselves) 401(k) and profit-sharing programs Opportunities to advance Independent, hands-on work environment What You'll Do Complete assigned service visits at multiple retail locations each day Unpack, stock, and merchandise products according to company planograms Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing product displays Ensure merchandise is properly labeled and priced Build and maintain positive professional relationships with store management and receiving personnel Communicate regularly with management and field service teams through phone, email, text, and video calls Represent Excell Marketing with professionalism and attention to detail Job Requirements: Travel requirement: Reliable transportation is required to travel to all assigned retail locations within a 75-mile radius (approximately 90 minutes of driving time maximum, average is less than 1 hour). Reimbursement and paid travel time: Mileage is reimbursed for employees driving themselves in their own vehicle. Travel time is paid to and from all service stops (door to door). Driver qualifications: If you are driving yourself, you must have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and adequate insurance coverage. Required insurance coverage: $100,000 for bodily injury per person, $300,000 for total bodily injury per accident, and $100,000 for property damage per accident. Personal smartphone with an active service plan (biweekly stipend provided to help cover cost) Basic computer and smartphone proficiency , including: Downloading and using several company applications and websites on your smartphone Connecting to Wi-Fi networks Completing reports and forms Uploading/downloading documents (Word, Excel, PDF, JPG files) Using email and two-factor authentication Texting, Phone and Video calls with management and fellow employees Strong communication and organizational skills Professional attitude and demeanor when interacting with coworkers, store personnel, and customers Physical Requirements: This is an active role and requires: Lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs. independently onto a cart frequently Perform team lifts for items over 50 lbs. as needed Frequent bending and stooping Occasional kneeling or crawling to access lower shelves Use of a small step stool (no more than two steps) to reach higher shelving Standing and walking for extended periods of time Fine motor skills (such as applying pricing labels, hanging up pegged items, placing signage and other small fixtures) A Drug-Free Workplace and Equal Opportunity Employer We use E-Verify to confirm work authorization / eligibility for all hires.
