Senior Trust Officer

This role manages fiduciary and investment management accounts for high-net-worth clients, overseeing administration, business development, compliance, and client relationships. Responsibilities Provide fiduciary administration support, including review of trust instruments and periodic trust reviews. Support investment management accounts, coordinating account openings, closings, money movements, and maintenance. Engage with clients and prospects to build and transfer wealth tailored to their goals, delivering a high-quality experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios. Identify and develop new business opportunities by pursuing new or expanded relationships with existing clients and prospects. Required Qualifications Minimum of five years of trust administration and estate planning experience. Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate/wealth transfer planning. Knowledge and adherence to compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory, and legal requirements related to client accounts and portfolios. Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities by pursuing relationships with existing clients and prospects. Initiative, proactive problem solving, and a creative yet prudent approach to solutions within the bank’s risk/reward profile. Proven ability to confidently close sales and meet or exceed revenue targets. Strong people/partner communication skills and teamwork. High level of sophistication in addressing high-net-worth clients’ concerns and issues. Desired Qualifications Fiduciary professional certifications such as CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, and/or CPA. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent business experience in a high-net-worth trust environment.
