Commercial Auto Insurance Program Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team and support the growth and management of our Commercial Auto insurance program.
Responsibilities:
- Support Commercial Auto program expansion into additional states, including product/rate filings, rate analysis, and regulatory research.
- Assist with program management, including underwriting guideline development, portfolio analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with MGAs, brokers, and other business partners on underwriting, program operations, and new business opportunities.
- Participate in process improvement, system development, and data/AI-driven automation initiatives.
- Support other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2+ years of Commercial Auto insurance experience preferred.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, diligence, and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively with management and collaborate as part of a team, as well as independently.
- Bilingual in English and Korean preferred; English proficiency required.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
