What You'll Do

As a Digital Benefits Support Specialist , you'll become a trusted resource for clients by providing knowledgeable, professional, and personalized support through virtual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and other online communication platforms

• Explain available benefit programs and coverage options in a clear, easy-to-understand manner

• Guide clients through applications and enrollment documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after enrollment

• Build lasting client relationships through professionalism and follow-up

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation

• Resolve questions and concerns with empathy and efficiency

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an outstanding client experience

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
