Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Florida DOH Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Experience with school-based SLP services, including direct intervention and evaluation
• Flexible to work onsite (virtual work is not available)
• Comfortable working with children and adolescents in a K-12 setting
• Able to manage a diverse caseload and collaborate with educators, staff, and families
• Completion of required fingerprinting; candidates with prior prints in the AHCA Clearinghouse may expedite this process
• Commitment to completing credentialing steps, including securing a JLA badge

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy sessions to a varied caseload of K-12 students
• Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and educational interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements

This contract runs from August 11, 2026 through May 27, 2027 and offers up to 35 hours per week (full school days, Monday through Friday). Choose full-time or part-time options according to your availability in this highly rewarding environment.
