Driven and resilient, the full-time Cold Call Specialist will focus on high-volume outbound calling to generate qualified leads and pre-book meetings across various industries in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities: Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to targeted prospects using a parallel dialer Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover challenges and opportunities Pre-book meetings for upcoming events across assigned accounts Required Qualifications: 1-2 years of proven success in a cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales role Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-setting targets Strong phone presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders Ability to effectively handle objections and maintain productive conversations Experience using parallel dialers and other calling-specific technology
