Business Development Manager/New Client Acquisition & Account Growth

ConfigUSA is looking for an experienced, results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the US IT staffing and technology consulting market.

We are seeking a proven business development professional who can bring in new clients, expand existing enterprise accounts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and generate consistent revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, approach, and onboard new US direct clients and enterprise accounts.

Expand business within existing client accounts through account mining and relationship development.

Establish strong connections with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and vendor management teams.

Develop opportunities through direct-client, MSP, and VMS staffing programs.

Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and convert opportunities into active staffing requirements.

Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to drive successful placements and revenue growth.

Ideal Candidate

Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience in US IT staffing.

Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and account expansion.

Strong existing relationships with US enterprise clients, hiring managers, or MSPs.

Solid understanding of US IT staffing, consulting, and MSP/VMS business models.

Strong negotiation, relationship management, and revenue-generation skills.

Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working toward measurable sales targets.
