Production SupervisorGarfield, NJ$70,000 - $85,000Schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (weekends as needed)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced 3rd shift Production Supervisor to lead overnight manufacturing operations. This role oversees a team of approximately 15 employees, including operators, technicians, and production laborers, while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.As the primary leader on 3rd shift, you will operate independently, managing production priorities, staffing, scheduling, and communication across departments. A 2-4 week training period on day shift is required before transitioning to nights.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead third-shift production operations and personnelConduct shift meetings and communicate production goals and expectationsManage staffing, scheduling, and production prioritiesEnsure compliance with quality, safety, productivity, and housekeeping standardsCoordinate annual employee training requirementsCommunicate with maintenance to address equipment and production issuesMaintain production records, reports, and shift documentationDrive accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvementQualifications RequiredSupervisory experience in an industrial manufacturing environmentProduction manufacturing experience with medium-to-large equipment and machineryStrong computer and administrative skillsExperience with production planning and schedulingStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesPreferred10+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturingBilingual (English/Spanish)Experience leading larger production teamsYou should be proficient in:Language: SpanishSupervisory Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
