As Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager, you will lead analytics and reporting across a global go-to-market organization. You'll own the BI strategy, from data modeling and metric definitions to dashboards, reporting, and adoption. The role combines hands-on analytics with strategic partnership across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success, and leadership. You'll transform data from Salesforce and other GTM systems into trusted, self-service insights that support better decisions. You'll establish reliable revenue metrics, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver analyses for weekly and quarterly business reviews. Working in a remote-first, international environment, you'll collaborate with teams across multiple regions and functions. Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics, covering data modeling, metric definitions, reporting, dashboard delivery, and adoption.
• Establish and govern a trusted single source of truth for key revenue metrics, including pipeline, bookings, ARR/MRR, churn, retention, NRR/GRR, and funnel conversion.
• Design, build, and maintain executive-ready dashboards and self-service reporting for weekly and quarterly business reviews.
• Evaluate and manage BI tools, balancing build-versus-buy decisions, cost, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate ad hoc questions from commercial and executive stakeholders into structured, reusable analyses and actionable insights.
• Develop pipeline health, funnel, productivity, cohort, segmentation, attribution, and forecasting models to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Systems teams to improve the quality, governance, and analytics readiness of Salesforce and other GTM data sources.
• Implement data-quality monitoring, validation processes, and escalation paths for critical BI tables and metrics.
• Document metric definitions, data lineage, and reporting logic to ensure outputs remain trusted, consistent, and reproducible.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Sales, Marketing, BDR, Partnerships, and Solutions Engineering leadership across global regions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, revenue operations, or a related field, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven experience owning BI strategy and delivery, including defining how an organization measures, governs, and uses its data.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with a modern BI platform such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, or a similar solution.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, CRM-driven reporting, and SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR/MRR, pipeline, churn, retention, NRR, and GRR.
• Demonstrated ability to transform raw data into executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and written analyses.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge requirements, methodologies, and interpretations when appropriate.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities alongside BI tooling.
• Experience with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, or comparable modern data-stack technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with enrichment and intent-data platforms such as HG Insights, Intricately, ZoomInfo, or Apollo is advantageous.
• Experience supporting global go-to-market organizations across multiple regions, such as AMER and APAC, is a plus.
• A Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, another quantitative discipline, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
