POSITION SUMMARY: This hybrid role is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent while also designing and implementing training programs to support employee growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and corporate training programs. POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Own and manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop job descriptions. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring policies. Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview processes. Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Learning & Development (L&D) Work with Sr. Manager of Talent Management to design and implement effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Develop instructional materials, e-learning courses, and in-person training sessions. Track training participation and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs. Organize workshops, webinars, and leadership development programs. Stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative learning solutions. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment and/or learning & development. Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, applicant tracking systems, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HR software, LMS (Learning Management Systems), and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. Certification in HR, Recruitment, or L&D (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CPTD) is a plus.
