What You’ll Do Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, systems) Troubleshoot and resolve issues—or elevate when needed Manage IT tickets, calls, and support requests Set up and configure employee devices and accounts Maintain and audit IT inventory and systems Support onboarding/offboarding processes Assist with AV setups and company events Contribute to IT projects, upgrades, and improvements Document processes, fixes, and system updates Uphold IT security protocols and best practices What You Bring 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience Strong knowledge of: Microsoft 365 Admin Center Computer hardware/software systems Ticketing & device management tools Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized Preferred Certifications CompTIA A+ Network+ What Makes You a Great Fit Relentless – You own problems and see them through Experts – You continuously improve your technical skills Passionate – You bring energy and urgency to every interaction Generous – You share knowledge and support your team Integrity – You do the right thing, always What Success Looks Like (KPIs) Respond to 100% of IT tickets within 24 hours Deliver consistently positive user satisfaction Execute 95%+ on-time onboarding/offboarding Maintain 100% punctuality and attendance Mix of desk work and hands‑on support Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) Why Join Us?
