What You'll Do

Greet and guide customers through the sales process
Find the right vehicle using inventory tools and needs analysis
Demonstrate features, benefits, and value on test drives
Help customers complete sales applications and documents
Follow up with leads and past customers by phone, text, video, and email
Help keep inventory clean, presentable, and merchandised

What You Bring

High energy and an outgoing, positive attitude
Strong communication in person and by phone
Confidence, coachability, and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn CRM and sales tools
Basic business math
Comfort working indoors and outdoors
Valid driver's license
