Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract opportunity presents a chance to provide physical therapy services across a network of 21 schools, working closely with a team of dedicated professionals. The schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind: you'll work Monday through Thursday, with four Fridays devoted to Child Find initiatives.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist with experience in school-based and healthcare PT settings
• Knowledge of best practices in assessment, documentation, and intervention for children in educational environments
• Comfort managing a full caseload, performing assessments, participating in IEP meetings, and collaborating with school staff
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with two on-site PTAs for support

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs and educational goals
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, document student progress, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and team conferences
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other service providers across multiple school sites
• Support Child Find screenings on specified Fridays throughout the year
