Advertiser Manager / Pod Leader
Glitchy Digital Marketing
You own a portfolio of advertisers and their offers as your own profit-and-loss — full authority over them, a real cut of the growth you create, and a mandate to multiply those accounts, not maintain them. The engine to scale them is already built. Your job is to find the spark. At almost every network and agency, an advertiser manager spends most of their time doing two grinding jobs: hunting for offers and recruiting publishers one at a time. At Glitchy, both are already solved: The offers are here. We have a deep catalog of advertisers and live offers. You're not cold-prospecting brands to fill a pipeline — you're handed real accounts with real volume to grow. The affiliates are here. Glitchy is a community of thousands of active, trained marketers. You don't recruit publishers one by one — they're already on the platform, ready to run what works. The community trains in bulk. Our bootcamps and squads systematically teach whole cohorts of marketers how to run a specific offer with a specific strategy. One proven offer doesn't get handed to one affiliate — it gets taught to a roomful. That changes the entire job. You don't build the engine; you aim it. If you can get an offer to spark — prove the angle, show it converts — the community turns that spark into a fire. Your value is finding what works, pointing the machine at it, and keeping it fed as angles wear out. Where this fits at Glitchy Glitchy is a performance-marketing platform: an affiliate network (app, offer catalog, tracking, marketplace) fused with that large, trained community. Advertisers bring offers; our community runs them. Today the offer side is under-owned — most advertiser relationships don't have a dedicated operator driving them, so they drift instead of grow. This role fixes that. You sit on the advertiser side as a P&L owner, with full authority over the accounts you govern — effectively running a small business inside Glitchy, on top of infrastructure that already exists. What you own A book of advertisers/offers, run as your own P&L — accountable for their revenue, quality, and growth. (The advertisers and offers are already on the platform — they're assigned to you to grow, not for you to go find.) Full authority over your accounts. You approve affiliates for your offers, set and move caps, negotiate payouts/EPC and terms directly with advertisers, and relay creative and landing-page needs. No sign-off required, within the margin floor. The growth of those accounts. This is an offense seat. Holding an account flat is the floor, not the goal — if an account can't be grown, it doesn't need a dedicated owner, and our existing team can keep it ticking. What you'll do Find the spark. Work the offers on your accounts to figure out what converts — the right angle, audience, traffic, and landing page. Prove it yourself (or with the internal team) before it goes anywhere near the community. Kill the ones that don't work, fast. Let the community scale it — then keep feeding it. Once an offer sparks, package the winning angle and get bootcamp leaders and squads to run it — they train their cohorts on it in bulk, taking a working offer from one affiliate to hundreds, fast. But a spark isn't self-sustaining: angles fatigue and offers saturate, so you stay involved, supplying new angles and fresh creative to keep it burning. Negotiate directly with advertisers — push for better payouts and terms, higher caps, faster pay, and the EPC your affiliates need to keep scaling. You grow the account by growing the pie, not by squeezing either side. Run approvals, caps, and quality across your book — keep volume flowing, fraud out, and every offer above the margin floor. Own the numbers — weekly reporting on your book's performance and growth. You can market — not just manage This is what separates this role from a standard account-management job, and it's the part that decides whether an offer ever sparks. You have to be a marketer yourself: Look at an offer and know how to sell it — the angle, the hook, the audience, the traffic source, the landing-page logic. Have actually run or closely understand paid/affiliate traffic. You're not learning media buying on the job. Devise and run tests, read the results, and translate a winning angle into something a bootcamp leader can teach a whole cohort. If you can only manage relationships, this isn't the seat. You're the person who figures out how to make an offer work — then the community runs it at scale. How the loop works Pick the offer/angle worth scaling from your assigned accounts. Get it to spark — prove it converts and is profitable (you, or with the internal team). Kill it quickly if it doesn't. Hand the proven angle to bootcamp leaders/squads , who train their members on it in bulk. The community runs it; you relay performance and requests back to the advertiser, approve affiliates, and fight for the EPC, caps, and terms that keep it scaling. Keep it alive. A spark isn't a finish line. Angles fatigue, offers saturate, and what worked last month won't work forever — so you stay on it, feeding the community fresh angles and creative and finding the next thing that hits. The bootcamps and squads don't take it from here and run on their own; they need you to keep the fuel coming. You're the bridge between the advertiser and the community — and the person accountable for keeping it growing, not just getting it started. Who you are Hands-on marketing / media-buying / affiliate experience — you've run traffic or campaigns yourself and understand what makes an offer convert. Performance / affiliate-marketing background (network, agency, or as a successful affiliate). You know EPC, caps, payouts, scrubs, and how advertiser relationships really work. A strong negotiator — comfortable pushing advertisers for better terms with data behind you. Analytical — you live in the numbers and can diagnose why an offer is up or down. Self-directed and entrepreneurial — you'll run your book like your own business, because that's what it is. Bonus: existing advertiser relationships you can bring with you. Screening: expect a live case — we'll hand you a real offer and ask how you'd get it to spark: angle, audience, traffic, landing page, and how you'd get the community running it. That exercise is the core of how we hire for this role. Compensation & structure Base salary + Commission % of GP on managed offers + Origination bonus % + Referral commission for publishers P&L + minimum Margin floor must be managed by you for your offers, advertisers, and verticals. The bar This is a growth seat with real accountability — and we can hold it to a high standard because Glitchy supplies the affiliates. The book stays with us, not with you, so we can match the right operator to each account and we expect every account to move. Commission rewards growth above trailing average baseline. Lose an account: if an account falls below its baseline for 2 consecutive months for reasons within your control — not an advertiser-side cap cut, a pause, or a seasonal dip that hits everything — you lose that account. Exit: lose 2 accounts that way, and the role isn't a fit. Flat is safe, but it's not why you're here. With the offers, the affiliates, and the bulk-training engine already in place, the one variable is you. We're hiring you to multiply these accounts — if steady-state is the ceiling, our current team can hold them. Why this seat is worth taking The hard parts are already done. No hunting for offers, no recruiting affiliates one by one. The catalog and the community exist — you just have to make them work together. Leverage. Get one offer to spark and a community of trained marketers makes it catch fire. Your wins scale in a way they can't anywhere else. Full authority — you run your accounts like a founder, not a rep waiting on approvals. Real upside — you keep a meaningful slice of the growth you create, and origination pays extra for building from nothing. Room to grow — top performers take on more books and, in time, lead a team of managers. #J-18808-Ljbffr Glitchy Digital Marketing
