Job Title: Paint Laboratory Technician

Location: New Holland, PA

Job Description:

• Supports paint testing, color development, and color validation activities in a laboratory environment.
• Prepares paint panels and samples for testing and evaluation.
• Operates laboratory equipment such as color spectrophotometer, corrosion chambers, humidity cabinets, ovens, and water immersion tanks.
• Performs routine tests for color, gloss, adhesion, corrosion, humidity, and paint performance.
• Records and maintains accurate test data, project files, and laboratory records.
• Monitors tests and reports abnormalities or deviations.
• Tracks color standard requests, project status, deadlines, and test queues.
• Communicates with internal teams and suppliers regarding samples, materials, timelines, and project updates.
• Maintains organized documentation and supports daily laboratory scheduling and workflow.
