Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HOA Operations Specialist to join our team! In this vital role, the Operations HOA Specialist owns full lifecycle management of an assigned property portfolio within Bron’s HOA service line, from initial HOA identification through payoff and ongoing maintenance. This role is responsible for end-to-end accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across every stage of the HOA workflow ensuring client SLAs are met and all account activity is properly documented across internal and client facing systems. Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of accountability for each assigned property, exercising end-to-end ownership of every task and milestone throughout the HOA life cycle.

· Monitor and respond to all assigned correspondence and messages in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner, reflecting Bron’s commitment to service excellence.

· Consistently meet or exceed established client SLAs ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

· Maintain thorough, accurate, and up to date records of all account activity, communications and actions taken across applicable systems ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.

· Prepare clear, well-organized account breakdowns and submit for supervisor review in accordance with established team protocols, unless otherwise directed, to support quality assurance and informed decision making.

· Perform routine maintenance file reviews at the required frequency to safeguard account accuracy, integrity, and compliance with client and association standards.

· Complete and maintain all client-assigned tasking with a high degree of accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail, in support of overall client satisfaction

· Attend and actively participate in all scheduled meetings, contributing insights and updates that support collaborative problem solving and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications:

· HS Diploma or equivalent associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

· 2-4 years’ experience in HOA management, property management, title/escrow, or related administrative field preferred

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a full property portfolio independently

· High attention to detail, especially around financial documentations (ledgers, payments, checks)

· Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and HOA interactions

· Ability to meet strict SLA deadlines in a high-volume environment
