You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 12:30 PM - 09:00 PM Sun: 11:00 AM - 08:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting relevant details. Conduct regular and random patrols of technology, media, and telecommunications workplace areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials as required, and communicate site entry procedures professionally. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation in accordance with site-specific procedures. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
