Revital Medical Aesthetics is seeking a Medical Assistant (Full Time) to become a part of our amazing team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments under the supervision of our Medical Director to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support physican and nursing staff
- Communicate with patients regarding pre- and post-care instructions and expectations for future treatments.
- Escort patients to exam rooms, perform initial intake, and prepare exam room for required treatment
- Creating and engaging in content for social media platforms (Instagram etc.)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare (preferrably medical aesthetics/dermatology)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for Skincare & Beauty
- Phlebotomy (optional)
