Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (3x12 Hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Onsite | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intermediate Care/Progressive Care/Stepdown unit during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, orientation modules, and unit-specific protocols
• Work assigned major holidays as required per contract terms

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Must complete all core onboarding items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to the start date
• All requested time off (RTO) must be finalized at time of submission — no RTO or schedule changes permitted post-offer or post-start
• Maximum of 7 days RTO per contract

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting
• Familiarity with progressive care monitoring, telemetry, and stepdown patient populations
