Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct mental health services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations and treatments.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and enhance client outcomes, fostering a culture of cooperation and shared goals.

• Conduct culturally competent assessments and develop tailored treatment strategies, ensuring each client feels understood and respected.

• Implement and monitor integrated care plans that link clients to community resources and other services that support their recovery journey.

• Carry a manageable caseload, delivering individual, group, and family therapy as required, with a focus on evidence-based practices and outcomes.

• Conduct crisis interventions and engage in appropriate therapeutic approaches for urgent client situations.

• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies, professional ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Document client interactions and treatment outcomes thoroughly and timely using our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves individuals from varied backgrounds facing significant challenges. Patients can include children, adolescents, and adults dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client, using your expertise to create an environment conducive to healing and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.
