Villa Nova Pizzeria - Bartender Villa Nova Pizzeria is expanding its team and currently seeking dedicated, motivated, and hard‑working individuals to join us as a Bartender. We pride ourselves on having excellent craft beers, seasonal cocktails, and a great wine selection. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks, in compliance with Villa Nova Pizzeria’s standards and recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment. Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed. Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety guidelines to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. Qualifications Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred. Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
