About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing & Adoption to spearhead the acceleration of its growth through the leadership of an integrated growth marketing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new customer demand, increasing property conversions, and expanding high-quality unit growth. This role demands a strategic vision, operational excellence, and a data-driven approach to building scalable growth marketing programs. Key responsibilities include leading the demand generation strategy across various digital and traditional marketing channels, promoting a data-driven marketing culture, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with the company's growth objectives. Applicants for the Vice President of Growth Marketing & Adoption position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years' experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or commercial strategy. A proven track record of leading high-performing marketing teams, particularly within SaaS, technology, or other high-growth businesses, is essential. The role requires deep expertise in digital marketing, paid media, account-based marketing, and marketing analytics, as well as experience with marketing automation platforms and AI tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, particularly in the PropTech, SaaS, marketplace, InsurTech, or FinTech sectors, and a passion for driving customer adoption and long-term value through effective marketing initiatives.
