Manufacturing Technician
$21 - $26 per hourManpower
Our client, a leader in manufacturing and healthcare solutions, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Newark, DE
Pay Range: $21 - $26 per hour
Shift: 1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
What's the Job?
- Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and related subassemblies according to specifications in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all work meets or exceeds quality and efficiency standards.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure proper calibration of machines.
- Perform accurate testing and calibration of electronic subassemblies, documenting results clearly.
- Develop and execute design, implementation, test, and maintenance methods that support quality standards.
What's Needed?
- Zero years of prior experience required; training provided.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation skills for testing and calibration results.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety procedures.
