We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the Sealy, TX area to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients’ homes in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. The current scheduling needs for this position will be established between the HHA/CNA, patient, and case manager. Shifts: multiple 8a - 8p shifts available Offers are contingent upon passing a background check. Responsibilities Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care and compliant documentation of care provided in the system of record. Administer prescribed treatments and therapies. Perform patient assessments and coordination of care. Perform various activities associated with daily living, communication, and monitoring of vitals while working at the patient’s home. Provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable patient environment. Communicate with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients. Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs. Qualifications Current CPR, First Aid, and 2‑Step TB test. Prefer experience in a clinical care setting; home‑health experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Prolonged standing and walking required, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move patients. Requires hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
