This professional coordinates activities between technology, product, and project management teams across multiple lines of business. Daily responsibilities include facilitating collaboration, triaging project issues, and maintaining accurate tracking documentation to support engineering and product initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate technical project activities across various product and engineering teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.Maintain comprehensive RAID logs, intent logs, and detailed timelines within project management tools.Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, and publish actionable meeting minutes.Triage, track, and monitor technical issues to ensure swift and effective resolution.Provide clear weekly status updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training in project management.Experience: Successful track record of leading technical projects with experience supporting engineering and product teams. Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions and solve complex business problems, including familiarity with data exchange, databases, and ETL concepts.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and collaborative workspaces like Google Drive Suite.
