Other qualifications we hope you have are: Expertise in logistics, inventory management and supply chain (2 years experience preferred) Experience leading teams to personal and professional success Organized and always thinking ahead Reliable and someone our team can depend on Motivated by challenge, growth and quality patient care Pharmacy Assistant license is not required at time of interview. What You’ll Be Doing: As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring patients receive their medication on time and with care. Your daily responsibilities as a Warehouse Manager will include: Conducting thorough and regular inventory checks to ensure the pharmacy always has supplies on hand Purchasing of supplies and negotiating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies at the most affordable rates Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse and workspace to ensure efficient operations Leading your team in packaging medication for shipment through USPS, FedEx, and UPS Leading the interview, onboarding and training of new employees Monitoring your team’s progress and evaluating performance Apply to our Warehouse Manager position now and take the next step in your career with a team that’s committed to your success.
