Personal Injury Attorney – Plaintiff-side
Our respected Metro Detroit personal injury law firm is growing — and we are currently hiring for two key roles: a Litigation Attorney and a Pre-Litigation Attorney . We’re seeking motivated plaintiff-side attorneys who want to make a meaningful impact while working within a close-knit, high-performing team dedicated to advocating for injured clients.
What You’ll Do:
• Pre-Litigation Attorney : Manage a docket of plaintiff personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase, including case strategy, client communication, evidence development, demand preparation, and insurance negotiations. Ideal for an attorney with prior litigation experience who prefers a more predictable 9–5 practice outside of court and trial work .
• Litigation Attorney : Manage a full docket of plaintiff personal injury cases – case signup through trial
- Handle depositions, mediations, motions, and court appearances
- Lead a dedicated 4-person legal support team (pre-litigation paralegal, secretary, case paralegal and bill gatherer)
- Strategize for trial and negotiate strong settlements
- Deliver excellent legal counsel with empathy and expertise
What We’re Looking For:
• Juris Doctor (JD) and license to practice in Michigan
• Personal injury litigation experience
• Proven courtroom and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of PI law, liability, and damages
• Passion for advocacy and a results-driven mindset
