Associate Attorney

Denenberg Tuffley, PLLC is a growing national subrogation law firm specializing in complex property losses, energy losses, CAT losses, and product recall losses. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team in a hybrid position based in Southfield, Michigan. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to handle complex, high-value matters in a supportive and collaborative environment. What You’ll Do Handle files during the pre-litigation / investigation phase, often coordinating teams of forensic experts Handle matters during litigation, from discovery to trial Conduct and defend depositions Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and hearings Assist with trial strategy, preparation, and trial as appropriate Handle matters in other states by means of pro hac vice admission Interact with clients and attend marketing functions What We’re Looking For Licensed and in good standing with the Michigan state bar Minimum of two years of litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and deadlines Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and professional Why Join Denenberg Tuffley?
