T&M Distributors is a dynamic company dedicated to delivering exceptional retail experiences for our billiards and pool table sales. We are seeking a Retail Sales & Support Associate to join our on-site team and contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable retail sales support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support warehouse operations including inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Utilize basic math skills for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting.
- Operate technology tools such as POS systems and inventory software efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and operational targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in retail sales and customer service roles.
- Basic math proficiency for handling sales and inventory tasks.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting supporting logistics.
- Proficiency with technology including point-of-sale and inventory systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish to assist a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in a retail environment with warehouse responsibilities.
