The seasonal administrative coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities may include:
- Reception duties including greeting clients and directing calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Preparing and organizing client documents
- Associate degree or equivalent position-related training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Clear verbal communication is required
