Paralegal

A well-established plaintiff-side employment law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join its litigation practice. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity supporting attorneys handling wage and hour class actions and individual employment law matters. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English and has 2 to 5 years of paralegal experience. Employment law, wage and hour, civil litigation, and/or class action experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Support attorneys with general case management Draft, file, and serve legal documents in state and federal court Calendar deadlines and coordinate court appearances Schedule court reporters for depositions and hearings Prepare hearing binders and case materials Conduct legal research and data analysis as needed Communicate with clients and provide routine case updates Maintain and organize client and case files Provide Spanish interpretation for clients as needed Required Qualifications 2 to 5 years of paralegal experience Fluent in Spanish and English Associate or bachelor’s degree Prior law firm experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment Paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program preferred Employment law, wage and hour, civil litigation, and/or class action experience preferred Equal Employment Opportunity Statement The Agency Recruiting follows Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines and considers all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Agency
