Litigation Legal Assistant

What You'll Do Provide administrative and litigation support to multiple attorneys Draft and format pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents Manage complex attorney calendars, court deadlines, hearings, and meetings Handle state and federal court e-filings Process client matter openings, conflict checks, and file maintenance Enter attorney time and assist with billing-related tasks Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Support a high-volume litigation practice with competing deadlines and priorities What We're Looking For 5+ years of recent law firm legal secretary experience Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures Experience with electronic court filing systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with document management systems, preferably iManage Excellent grammar, proofreading, and document formatting skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently while supporting a busy litigation team Why This Opportunity Stands Out Collaborative team environment Meaningful attorney interaction and responsibility Professional but down-to-earth office culture If you're a motivated litigation professional who enjoys ownership of your work and excels in a fast-paced environment, #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH Recruitment Solutions
