Care Partner

To support CareLinx's operations, the full-time Care Partner will serve as a primary contact for caregivers, facilitating their journey by coordinating matches with members, providing ongoing support, and ensuring a positive caregiving experience in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage caregiver recruitment, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers while ensuring alignment with CareLinx's values Coordinate caregiver and member matches, providing information on available shifts and assisting caregivers in meeting program criteria Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers through regular communication, support, and feedback to enhance their experience on the platform Required qualifications At least one year of experience in customer service, recruitment, account management, or caregiver support High school diploma or equivalent Strong relationship management skills with a passion for excellent customer service Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Empathy and adaptability to address caregivers' needs and changing program demands
