Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE . eNGIN E is partnering with an organization in Pittsburgh that is looking for a highly organized, energetic Project Manager to serve as the operational right hand to their Chief Information Officer (CIO). If you're someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and loves bringing order to organized chaos, we'd love to hear from you What You'll Do Partner closely with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives and key projects. Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep work moving efficiently. Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives. Identify roadblocks and proactively work with stakeholders to remove them. Facilitate meetings, capture next steps, and hold teams accountable for execution. Adapt quickly as priorities shift while maintaining organization and focus. Build strong relationships across technical and business teams. What We're Looking For 4-8 years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. High-energy, proactive personality with a sense of urgency. Comfortable working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Ability to prioritize competing initiatives in a dynamic environment. Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Experience managing technology or business initiatives is preferred.
