This role supports overall store operations by maintaining organization, ensuring proper documentation, and providing a professional and efficient point of contact for customers and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage reception desk operations to ensure consistent coverage during business hoursGreet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors in a professional and efficient mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments or personnelMaintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company standardsEnsure compliance with required documentation and posting requirementsMonitor and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including messages and inquiriesAssist with coordinating internal communication between departmentsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation of the reception areaIdentify and escalate operational issues, documentation concerns, or compliance gapsQualificationsPrevious experience in reception, administrative, or customer service rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)Work Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily office or front-desk environment within a retail or warehouse setting. Requires sitting, standing, and interacting with customers and staff throughout the shift.
