Our organization is in search of a board-certified otolaryngologist to provide exceptional care at our stunning Southern Lakes facility located in Burlington, Wisconsin.

• Full-time otolaryngologist role
• Your primary workplace will be our state-of-the-art ambulatory day surgery center, Aurora Southern Lakes, situated in Burlington, featuring 5 operating rooms and 5 procedure rooms, along with all diagnostic services available on-site
• Hospital locations include Burlington and Elkhorn
• The Otolaryngology Division consists of specialists in Head and Neck Surgical Oncology and Reconstruction, Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery, Neurotology, Laryngology, and Sleep Medicine, always ready to offer assistance
• Experience a diverse range of cases and treat patients of all ages
• Support staff includes a Medical Assistant and a Registered Nurse
• Benefit from a robust referral network from both the clinic and the surrounding community
• Located just 35 miles from Milwaukee and a little over an hour and a half from Chicago
• Utilize EPIC EMR for efficient patient management
• Join an integrated, nationally recognized organization with a physician-led medical group and embedded service lines
• Take advantage of DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, which enhances clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for quick review, editing, and approval

• Starting salary range: $545,596
• Eligible for a generous student loan forgiveness program
