We are seeking a Program Manager Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Program Manager with planning, execution, and tracking of program deliverables.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Maintain accurate program documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
- Monitor project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables; provide reminders and updates as needed.
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparation of progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for program documents.
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned.
