The Manager, Business Development leads efforts to identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality sellers, driving assortment growth and sustainable revenue. Collaborating closely with category growth teams, the role evaluates market opportunities and competitive trends to develop effective acquisition strategies. The team manages the full seller lifecycle, ensuring sellers are positioned for long-term success while supporting Walmart’s commitment to delivering value and innovation in a dynamic retail environment. What you'll do:3+ years of successful experience in sales, business development, channel partnerships, business management, product marketing, omni-channel merchandising, or a related field. Required experience in eCommerce, with marketplace or retail technology experience preferred.Proven ability to build strong business relationships and influence senior stakeholders Experience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Self-motivated and self-directed.
