This role will serve as a key bridge between WFS, and Marketplace teams to drive seller adoption, operational readiness, inventory health, and campaign execution excellence. This role requires the ability to influence cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and leverage data-driven insights to improve WFS adoption during key Marketplace events. About the team: The WFS Strategic Initiatives team drives key programs to enhance seller success, operational efficiency, and overall WFS performance. Collaborating with Seller Management, Marketplace, Product, Operations, and Analytics teams, they lead strategic initiatives across events, campaigns, inventory health, and process optimization. The team identifies growth opportunities, solves complex challenges, and implements scalable solutions. Success depends on strong project management, communication, analytical skills, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. This team plays a crucial role in advancing the WFS seller experience and supporting sustainable growth through data-driven insights and effective execution.
